Latheef</p>\n<p>L'accent sur le corps enseignant</p>\n<p>Lorsque de nombreuses universités se sont empressées de dispenser des cours à distance en raison de la pandémie de COVID-19, je me suis appuyée sur mon expérience de l'enseignement synchrone pour former les enseignants au potentiel pédagogique de plates-formes telles que Zoom.  Cette formation en pleine crise m'a permis de comprendre ce qui posait le plus de problèmes aux formateurs novices en matière d'enseignement synchrone.
